4 different campaign mechanisms are offered with TRCloyalty application. Campaigns might be constructed according to many different parameters in line with offered campaign mechanisms.

- Bonus Campaigns: Such campaigns are constructed as X TL=Y Point and continue for a long period.
- Target Campaigns: Periodical campaigns to work with standard campaigns and keep the relevant warm for a certain period.
- Segmentation Based Campaigns: Campaigns to be made for the profiles which will be formed using demographic information and purchasing habits of the card holders.
- Event Based Campaigns: Campaigns which are triggered by a certain event and which will work automatically once defined to the system.

Counterfeiting Detection and Prevention System
Since each point given has a monetary equivalent, it is highly important that the transactions carried out with your Loyalty Cards are made by "correct person" and with "correct card".
TRCloyalty offers "Detection and Prevention" system for point counterfeiting occurring in loyalty system.
Within TRCloyalty, transactions are evaluated "instantly" or "at the end of defined term" within the frame of rules defined earlier and warning and alarm mechanisms are run by detecting the counterfeiting attempts.
TRCloyalty system generates one of the following messages after evaluation.
- Reject transaction and Don't Give Point
- Don't reject the transaction and take the contracted merchant under review for a certain period
- Reject the transaction and block the card for a certain period
- Reject the transaction and block the card

How will I Spend the Accumulated Points?
Earned points might be used as MoneyPoint on POS Terminals or cash register systems in the contracted merchants, via Call Center, over Customer interface or as "Gift Card" or "Coupon" in cross promotion campaigns to be made with loyalty systems of the other companies.

Debit/Credit Management
It is used during sharing point costs between Center and contracted merchants in line with Point Cost Contribution rates of contracted merchants. As basic working principle, the contracted merchants who let customers use points are credited and contracted merchants who give points are debited.

Card Personalization Process
Card Personalization Process comprises of 2 sections, first being card number-card holder's name print and second being chip/magnetic band/barcode coding and means card's being ready for use in graphical and electrical terms.
Supply, personalization, packing after personalization, enveloping and sending cards are provided as professional services.
