What is TRCtms?
TRCtms is an Information Management system created by TURCom for corporations. Comprised of 3 main components of Abakus 360, T-Panel and T-CRM, TRCtms provides functions that allow companies manage their telephone performances better, increase the efficiency of their employees, and reduce their costs.
How Does TRCtms Work?
With a PC that will be placed in your central, all necessary information will be collected in the server allocated for you by TURCom. TRCtms, by analyzing these information and turn them into a report, undertakes a task that is so hard to allocate time for.
Thanks to TRCtms's operation on internet explorer, you can define your report criteria via the IP address assigned to you, you can view it in your self-designated time frames, or have the system email them to you. Additionally, you can request the analyses conducted by the TURCom experts to be emailed to you.

Cost Analysis
